1.  A presentation on the Single Audit for Fiscal Year 2021. (22-013) Presentation only.

2.  An appropriation for East Bay Shopping Center Participation and Reimbursement Agreement – second payment. (22-008) Presentation only. This item will be scheduled for the Council Meeting on February 1, 2022.

Policy Items Referred from the Planning Commission

3.  An ordinance amending Provo City Code to adopt policies and procedures for the dedication of private streets and utilities. Citywide Application. (PLOTA20210360). Presentation only. This item was already scheduled for the Council Meeting on January 18, 2022.

Business

4.  A presentation reviewing Provo City General Plan- Part 1 of 3 (22-011). Presentation only. 

5.  A presentation regarding a pedestrian safety study in Provo conducted by BYU students. (22-012) Presentation only.

6.  A resolution regarding the South Valley Transit Study (22-10). A motion to place a resolution of support on a Council Meeting agenda was approved 7:0.

7.  A discussion regarding Council assignments to committees, boards, and commissions (22-005) A motion that ADUs be addressed by the Housing Committee was approved 7:0. A motion to disband the Zoning Compliance Committee was approved 7:0. A motion to create a new ad hoc committee, the Water Conservation Committee, with the mission statement: “To prepare policy direction and legislative proposals that evaluate water consumption, promote water conservation, and mitigate impacts of drought,” with Shannon Ellsworth as chair was approved 7:0. George Handley was also named as a committee member. A motion to adopt the board and committee assignments as indicated on the document was approved 7:0.

8.  A discussion regarding redistricting adjustments to City Council District maps. (22-003) Presentation only. This item will return to a future Work Meeting.

1.  A presentation on crosswalk safety for pedestrians and drivers, presented by Provo City School District students from the Center for Advanced Professional Studies program. (22-012) Presentation only.

Redevelopment Agency of Provo

2.  A resolution appropriating $442,974 in the tax increment fund of the redevelopment agency for a post-performance payment related to parks impact fees for Cityview Apartments. (22-006) Approved 7:0.

3.  A resolution consenting to the appointment of individuals to various boards and commissions.  (22-009) Approved 7:0.

4.  A presentation of the Popular Annual Financial Report by the Provo City Finance Division. (22-014) Presentation only.

5.  A resolution appropriating $37,050 in the economic development division in the general fund for a sales tax increment post performance payment to Parkway Village. (22-008) Approved 7:0.

6.  A resolution of the municipal council urging sustained and increased support in the annual state budget allocated to the LeRay McAllister fund for the preservation of farms and open land in the state of Utah. (22-007) A joint resolution with the Mayor was approved 7:0.

8.  **CONTINUED** An ordinance amending the zone map classification of approximately 0.40 acres of real property, generally located at 152 E 500 S, from Residential Conservation (RC) to Low Density Residential (LDR). Maeser Neighborhood. (PLRZ20180057)

9.  An ordinance amending Provo City code sections 14.17D.020, 14.17D.040, and 14.34.296 to make changes to the Airport Zone permitted uses, and minor lot, and design standards requirements. Citywide Application. (PLOTA20210411) Approved 7:0.

10.  Reviewing Provo City General Plan- Part 1 of 3 (22-011). No action taken. This item will return for another public hearing at the next Council Meeting.
