3. A resolution adopting a budget for the Redevelopment Agency of Provo City Corporation for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2021 and Ending June 30, 2022, in the amount of $1,184,648 (21-015). (PLRZ20210128) A motion to substitute the version of the ordinance to include a development agreement was approved, after which the ordinance was approved 6:1, with David Harding opposed.
