Maeser Neighborhood. (17-0010R) A motion to update the implied motion to reference the version of the ordinance with a development agreement was approved, after which the implied motion was approved 6:1, with George Stewart opposed.

13.  An ordinance amending the Zone Map Classification to adopt a Supplemental Residential (S) overlay zone in a One-Family Res. (R1.8) zone generally located between 2320 N, approx 2100 N, 350 E and approximately 250 E. Pleasant View Neighborhood.(PLRZ20190094) The item was continued to a future Council meeting during the Work Meeting on May 21, 2019.

(PLRZ20190117) The ordinance amendment failed 0:7, with Kay Van Buren, Gary Winterton, David Sewell, David Harding, David Knecht, George Stewart, and George Handley opposed.
