1. A discussion on the Planning Commission increasing a proactive role in developing land use policy recommendations to the Municipal Council
2. A discussion regarding proactive recommendations on amending city code where development outcomes are not producing the desired results.
3. A discussion on the policy adopted by the Council relative to the use of Development Agreements in legislative rezoning.
