Maeser Neighborhood's Fresh New Look Neighborhood Matching Grant projects tackle problems at one or two houses or in one small area. Maeser Neighborhood recently completed a project that stretched over two blocks on 300 East and made improvements to many homes and properties.

The "Maeser Beautification" project involved over 200 volunteer hours as well as help from Habitat for Humanity. Over the course of one year, houses were painted, sprinkler systems installed, fences built, house number plaques were hung up, and landscaping was done. The unique needs of each property were taken into consideration and the entire area has a wonderful new look.
