At the Council’s Meeting on Mar. 18, 2014 the Council adopted the Bicycle Master Plan as a legislative policy, intent and priority of the Municipal Council.
The Bicycle Master Plan will be added to Provo’s Transportation Master Plan as Chapter 11. If you’d like to review the master plan, visit this link at Provo.org to download the full plan.
