Sometime ago the Council made it a priority to "to encourage economic development through a thorough and aggressive city-wide economic development strategy..." (see Council Legislative Intent Statements). The purpose of the strategy is to help sustain Provo's efforts to implement Vision 2030 and have a sustainable budget.
